We have implemented a new members only area of our website.
This new Members area will have very useful information available, like contact information, signup links but it will also have a shared file systems that we can create files just for you.
Your account details will be kept in this new File share system. We are trying to eliminate the need to respond to many simple questions we get asked quite regularly. Like account details, how to do basic steps on devices. All this will be available in the members area.
You must now sign up (if you have not done so) to get access to some of these features including links to purchase services.
We have a few folders uploaded today including how to Contact us and our new Refer-A-Friend program. You can browse these folders and look at PDF documents on your phone easier that searching for emails.

We can only create you a personal file with your account details once you are site members.
All new customers will now retrieve there account details from this page. You will receive an email from ARCstream inviting you to view a folder, only you will be able to see your account folder. Remember accounts can take 24 hours to get, so stay patient while we get it for you.
